(a) $8 million from 2010-11 to 2015-16 for the approvals tracking system within the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP).
(b) Approvals automation is ongoing.
(c) 6714 applications were received and tracked for the 2015-16 financial.
(d) The resource sector can now lodge online and track the progress of key mining and petroleum applications.
The DMP continues to progress the development of the Department’s IT systems to increase the availability of online lodgement and electronic approval tracking for the key resource sector application approvals.
