I thank the member for some notice
of this question.
(1) One state
government agency DAIP is outstanding. The Department of Lands is a new agency,
established on 1 July 2013, and was due to lodge its first DAIP by 30 June
2015. Eleven local government authorities have outstanding DAIPs. They are the
Shires of Cunderdin, Kellerberrin, Merredin, Murchison, Narrogin,
Ngaanyatjarraku, Nungarin, Upper Gascoyne, Wandering, Wickepin and Wongan–Ballidu.
(2) As a new
agency, the Department of Lands has not previously lodged a DAIP. For the
Shires of Cunderdin, Kellerberrin, Merredin, Nungarin, Upper Gascoyne,
Wandering, Wickepin and Wongan–Ballidu the last lodgement was for the
five years ending 2012. For the Shires of Murchison and Narrogin, the last
lodgement was for the five years ending 2013. The Shire of Ngaanyatjarraku has
not lodged a DAIP.
