825. Hon Nick Goiran to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Attorney
General:
I refer to the
investigation regarding the escape from custody of Robert Kevin McCullough,
which was due to conclude on 19 September 2025, as well as the three other
investigations into incidents of prison escapes.
(1) Has the investigation into Mr McCullough's
escape been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), will the minister table a
document outlining the findings and outcome of the investigation?
(3) If no to (2), will the minister undertake to
comply with section 82 of the Financial Management
Act 2006 and give notice of his decision to the Auditor General?
(4) In relation to the other three investigations,
by what dates will those investigations be completed?
