I refer to the Australind Railcar Replacement and the Estimated Total Cost for the project under the Public Transport Authority (PTA) Asset Investment Program (AIP) in the 2025-26 State Budget, and I ask: (a) have any costs not included in the PTA's AIP Estimated Total Cost figure been incurred by any other State Government agency for the following works in relation to this project: (i) planning; (ii) land acquisition; and (iii) enabling works; and (b) if yes to (a), what is the total amount per agency?
