(1) Boorara forest block comprises approximately 6,000 hectares. (2) Approximately 2,230 hectares of old growth forest were recorded in Boorara block during the preparation of the Regional Forest Agreement. (3) Records to December 1999 indicate that approximately 2,160 hectares of old growth occurred in Boorara block at that date. (4) Records for areas harvested during 2000 will not be available until after December, while the future extent of any harvesting within this block during 2001 will not be finalised until the routine coupe planning, including local consultation, is undertaken.
