1404. Hon KATE DOUST to the
Leader of the House representing the Premier:
(1) Did staff
within the Office of the Minister for Transport; Finance disclose to the
Premier or his office their holding of shares in a private company, the
majority shareholder of which is a company headed by the Minister for
Transport; Finance?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) on what date were the disclosures
made; and
(b) on what date were the disclosures
approved?
(3) If no to (1),
does the Premier believe it is acceptable for the staff not to have disclosed
this financial relationship with the minister?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
