refer to the Meth Action Plan (MAP) and the allocation of $244.8 million for
the implementation of the MAP initiatives, and I ask: (a) how much of the $244.8 million was allocated
to the Minister's portfolio agencies; (b) how much of the allocation has been spent to date; (c) what initiatives have been identified; (d) what initiatives have been implemented to date; (e) what early intervention treatment facilities have been completed to date; and (f) what specialist drug services have been provided into regional areas to date?

(a) $97.6 million was allocated to the Minister for Health; Mental Health for the period 2017-18 to 2022-23, comprising of $83.8 million for the Mental Health Commission and $13.8 million for the Department of Health.
(b) From 2017-18 to 2019-20: Mental Health Commission $21.7 million and Department of Health $2.2 million.
(c) Initiatives that have been identified for the Mental Health Commission include:

(d) All of the initiatives outlined in (c) are either complete, being implemented, have been implemented and now ongoing, or in progress of being implemented.
(e) An early intervention centre was not recommended by the MAP Taskforce. There are however measures in place to address early intervention including the following initiatives that have been progressed by the MHC in support of the MAP Taskforce's recommendations regarding the need to intervene before problems become entrenched:
