(1 - 2) No, this has not been finalised as the newly appointed Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery is currently making adjustments to the plan.
(3 - 5) Once the revised strategic plan has been endorsed by the Chief Executive Officer of the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) the plan will be placed on the WACHS internet site and made available to the Member.
