Self-Harm
An act of self-harm that does
not require overnight hospitalisation, overnight care at a prison medical
centre/infirmary or ongoing medical treatment or any other act of self-harm
that does not result in injury.
Serious
Self-Harm
An act of self-harm that requires either overnight
hospitalisation in a medical facility (including prison clinic/infirmary), or
ongoing medical treatment.
