I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Following community input, the Water Corporation is now considering two supply options using the south west Yarragadee source. One option would result in Millstream Dam being discontinued; the other would result in its being part of the water supply for the overall scheme. (2) No. When the community consultation and final analysis of the options has been completed, the corporation will be in a position to recommend a solution to the minister. (3) It is expected that a recommendation on the preferred option will be made in mid-2006.
