I refer to the practice of Western Australian hospitals declaring a Code Yellow when a hospital has either an infrastructure or other internal emergency which will affect its service delivery, and I ask: (a) how many Code Yellows have been called at hospitals or health campuses in Western Australia in the past 12 months; and (b) which hospitals called a Code Yellow and, on what specific dates, in the last 12 months?
