I refer to certificates received by students undertaking education in juvenile justice facilities, and to the information contained on these certificates which can be used to identify that the training was provided by the Department of Corrective Services, and I ask —
(1) What action does the Minister intend to take to address the issue that providing students with certificates which potentially identify the student as having been held in a juvenile justice facility goes against the intent of the
Young Offenders Act 1994?
(2) If none, why?
