I thank the Leader of the Opposition for some notice of the question. The answer to part (1) confuses me and I will give it the way it is now. Hon Norman Moore : What is confusing - the question or the answer? Hon KIM CHANCE : The Leader of the Opposition asked the question in the past tense - “Has the Water and Rivers Commission updated” - and the answer is yes, which implies the past tense, and then the answer says “they are currently being updated”, which is the present tense. (1) Yes, they are currently being updated through the state water plan and a draft estimate of availability and use is planned to be available by October 2006. (2) Not applicable. (3) No. The south west Yarragadee estimates are currently being assessed and will be separately reported. (4) Not applicable.
