I refer to the role of the Fire and Emergency Services Authority in managing the Toodyay fire. (1) Is the report complete? (2) When will it be released? (3) Can the minister confirm that the release of the report has been deferred due to a significant inconsistency between it and the one that is currently being finalised by the Office of EnergySafety?
