(1) Who is the successful tenderer
and what is the cost of the tender?
(2) Will the minister table the
brief provided to the consultant?
(3) What is the
time frame for the successful tenderer to complete the environmental analysis
and the engineering design?
(4) What marine facilities are
proposed to be built and where are they proposed to be located?
(5) Who completed the pre-planning
for the study brief and what was the cost?

successful tenderer is RPS Environmental and Planning. The tender amount is
$503 734, including GST.
(2) Yes. I table the document.
(3) The time
frame is July 2017, with subsequent review and follow-up. The engineering
design was not included as part of the tender.
(4) A breakwater
to facilitate Casuarina Harbour works and developments, Casuarina boating and
marine industry precinct, Casuarina mixed-use development precinct, Casuarina
Harbour boating facilities expansion and Koombana Bay breakwater. I table the
plan.
(5) It was the
Southern Ports Authority, the Department of Transport and the South West
Development Commission. RPS Environmental and Planning provided consultancy.
The tender amount was $20 180, including GST.
