I refer to the apartments owned by the Department of Housing as part of the Pelago West and East complexes, and I ask: (a) since their purchase, what has been the total cost of maintenance for the apartments within: (i) Pelago West; and (ii) Pelago East; (b) as owner of the apartments, has the department been notified of any structural problems associated with both buildings; and (c) if yes to (c), what is the nature of the structural problem, or problems?
