In respect of the Premier's portfolio responsibilities since 17 March 2017 for departments, agencies, boards or publicly owned corporations, has any money been spent on the hire or usage of private dining rooms, and if so: (a) What date was the room hired or used; (b) At what facility or restaurant was the private dining room hired or used; (c) How much money was spent in the hire or usage of the private dining room; (d) What was the occasion that warranted the hire or usage of the private dining room; (e) What individuals and / or organisations were present in the private dining room; and (f) Was any alcohol consumed and if so, how much was spent on alcohol?

(c)        The venue hire was waived by the Perth Theatre Trust and the final bill including service (staff) charges, food and beverages came to $2312.52. ($1,157.50 paid by the Department and $1155.02 paid by the Great Southern Development Commission)
(d)       The occasion was the visit to Albany by the Governor of Hyogo Prefecture, HE Mr Toshizo Ido and his official delegation as part of the commemorative activities for the 35 th Anniversary of the Hyogo – Western Australia Sister State relationship. The visit took place on ANZAC Day due to Governor Ido’s schedule and suitable venues for the lunch were difficult to source.
(e)        The attendees were:
(f)        Alcohol was consumed (wines from the Great Southern) and the total amount spent on alcohol was $335.01, which was paid by the Department of State Development.
