I refer to the Fugro GEOS proposed installation of a 30-metre onshore meteorological tower to measure meteorological parameters and air quality, and the deployment of approximately 20 current meter moorings in water depths between eight metres and 200 metres adjacent to James Price Point and the Aboriginal site 13076, Walmadan (James Price Point) site K02164. (1) Has a section 18 been lodged in respect of the disturbance to this site? (2) If yes to (1), by whom? (3) If no to (1), why not? (4) Have any recent surveys been carried out over the area; and, if so, by whom? (5) Were the native title claimants Goolarabooloo/Jabirrjabirr WC99/036 involved in or consulted about those surveys?
