I refer to Legislative Council Question on Notice 3416 and the engagement of Knowledge Consulting and Operational Leadership Consulting in relation to a staff selection process and leadership development training respectively, and I ask in relation to each: (a) on what date was the company engaged; (b) for what period or length of time was the engagement; (c) who authorised the engagement; (d) has the company or any company personnel provided any services to the Department in addition to the services outlined in response to Legislative Council Question on Notice 3416; and (e) if yes to (d), what was the nature and cost of any additional service or services provided?
