I refer to the Government Gazette published on 28 October 2014, and I ask: (a) in relation to Item RA 401: (i) which party requested the inclusion of Lot 1008 on Deposited Plan 403881 in the Resort Site and on which date; (ii) were there any conditions as part of this agreement made by the trustee or the manager and, if so, what were they; (iii) what was the price paid for Lot 1008; (iv) what is the most recent valuation of Lot 1008; (v) what is the current zoning of Lot 1008; and (vi) has Lot 1008 undergone any rezonings in the past five years and, if so, what were they; and (b) in relation to item RA 402: (i) are these three lots required by the State Government for the Burswood stadium development; (ii) were there any conditions as part of this agreement to excise the three lots and, if so, what were they; (iii) was the excision of these lots discussed in any meetings between the Government, including ministerial staff, and Crown Ltd where the rate of International Commission Business tax was also discussed; and (iv) if yes to (iii), please outline the date, location and attendees at the meetings?

(i) Lot 1008, comprising 172 m², was formerly part of Victoria Park Drive road reserve and was created and included in the Resort Site so that the Burswood Park Reserve 39361 would have continued access to Victoria Park Drive following the land amalgamation and subdivision required for the development of the new Perth Stadium and related infrastructure.
