In relation to the Government's spending of $250,000 on pictures of pelicans and other Elizabeth Quay promotional material, for the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, did the Department:

(a) - (b)Yes between 2008-2011 the Department of Planning advertised public consultation on the Elizabeth Quay (Perth Waterfront) Master Plan and the Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment. During 2012 the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority advertised public consultation on the Redevelopment Scheme Amendment and the draft Design Guidelines.
(i) $18 466 was spent by the two agencies on statutory advertising requirements.
