(i) The Minister’s Twitter account is a public account. Anyone who chooses to follow the Minister’s account has access to the content posted by the account.
(ii) The Minister is responsible for the material that they post

(i) The Minister’s Facebook page is a public page. Anyone has access to viewing the Minister’s Facebook page. Anyone is able to like or follow the page.
The Minister’s Facebook account is a private account. However anyone is able to send a “friend request” to the Minister’s account. Anyone who is a friend of the Minister on Facebook is able to access the content posted by the account.
