I refer to telecommunications metadata stored on Australian residents, and I ask: (a) how many Western Australian Government agencies or enterprises have, or have sought, warrantless access to telecommunications metadata; (b) what are the names of the agencies or enterprises, and on what grounds have they sought, or been granted, this access; and (c) in relation to (b), have any of the agencies or enterprises accessed any stored data?
