(2) Bunbury Trotting Club (Inc), however, WAGRA was not in a position to establish an additional race track at Bunbury. (3) Mandurah Mandurah and Cannington venues are operated by WAGRA as a single entity and, therefore, Mandurah does not receive financial or other assistance per se. Avon Valley Greyhound Racing Association (Inc) (AVGRA) Capital payments $10,400 Maintenance Expenses. $ 8,640 Race meeting Subsidy $24,050 Note: (1) All race day costs for AVGRA?s (approx) 26 meets per annum are borne by WAGRA in return for on-course and off-course racing operations earnings from all meetings. (2) Track and facilities maintenance is undertaken by AVGRA on a 50/50 cost share basis with WAGRA. (4) This is a matter to be determined by Racing and Wagering Western Australia and the Western Australian Greyhound Racing Association under the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003 and the Western Australian Greyhound Racing Association Act 1981 , respectively.
