Will the Minister provide an explanation of the comments by the Director General of Education, Mr Paul Albert, in his letter of March 17 2005 to the Principal of Calista Primary School’s legal representative, Mr Stephen Kemp -
‘In addition your client believes the comments made by the Minister for Education and Training at a function on 28 May 2004, and again at the annual conference of the Western Australian Primary Principals’ Association, referred to him personally. I can advise that there is no connection between your client’s criticism of the Department, the comments made by the Minister and the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him, nor his removal from Calista Primary School.’?
