(a)-(b) Excluding arrangements such as the Government Vehicle Scheme, vehicles are allocated to Central Office, District Education Offices and schools to undertake departmental business. The criteria used in the allocation of vehicles is business need and they are used by both teaching and non teaching staff.
The figures below indicate the number of passenger vehicles as at 31 March each year.
