STANLEY HOSPITAL — TRI-GENERATION PLANT
1130. Hon SUE ELLERY to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the tri-generation plant at Fiona Stanley
Hospital, constructed and installed to provide energy savings through the
generation of electricity and heat for hot water and air-conditioning supplies.
(1) Has the tri-generation plant been operating at normal
capacity?
(2) If no to
(1), what have been the outages per month experienced to date in terms of
percentage?
(3) What have
been the estimated savings from the tri-generation plant from the delivery of
greater energy efficiency?

operation.
(3) As the tri-generation plant has not been operating, no
savings have been realised.
