I refer to the 2022 Parliamentary Report ‘Enough is Enough’: examining Sexual harassment against women in the FIFO mining industry and ask: (a) HHas the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Energy (DMPE), Worksafe and the WA Police Force reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in relation to the sharing of information on sexual assaults on mine sites; (b) If yes, how many reports have been referred by DMPE to WA Police under this arrangement to date; and (c) If no, is planning in progress for the creation of an MOU?
