For the residential properties owned by the Department of Housing, the Department advises that as at 31 July 2014:

This information is publically available from Landgate.
(2)
The Department owns 250 properties (246 public housing properties and four community housing properties).
(3)
Twelve, the majority of which are located at 5 Whitley Place, Withers. This complex comprises eight one-bedroom townhouses constructed in 1984. Following a review of its properties in the zone, the Department is currently upgrading the complex for use as seniors' accommodation. The first three homes will be ready for allocation to tenants by mid‑September, and the entire complex will be upgraded by the end of 2014.
Of the remaining four properties, two were undergoing vacated maintenance and have subsequently been occupied, one was awaiting furniture collection by the former tenant and is now undergoing vacated maintenance, and one is undergoing refurbishment.
