for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to the site referred to as the Sisters, recorded on 1 March 2008
and stated as registered site 24950 in 2008.
(1) Why is the site no longer on the list of registered sites?
(2) Who authorised its removal?
(3) On what date was it removed?
(4) Will it be reinstated?
(5) If yes to (4), when?
(6) If no to (4), why not?
(7) Why is the site now listed as ''Other Heritage''?
(8) Was the consultant or informant advised of the change of status?

Hon Robin Chapple : A very short question.
Hon PETER COLLIER : I noticed that he did not mention the
numbers, so I make the point that it is an eight-part question. I have no
problems answering it.
(1) DAA 24950—the Sisters—has
never been on the Register of Aboriginal Sites. The report dated 21 April 2008,
to which the honourable member's question refers, shows that DAA 24950
has the status of ''Lodged''.
(2)–(6) Not applicable.
(7) Refer to the response to (1).
(8) Not applicable.
