SECTOR RECRUITMENT FREEZE — MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
331. Hon STEPHEN DAWSON to the minister
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the response by the
minister to question without notice 305 asked on 5 April.
(1) In regard to
the exemptions sought —
(a) what was the
position title of each exemption sought and where were the positions located;
(b) what are the
details of the exemptions granted; and
(c) on what dates
were the other four exemption requests submitted and what is the status of each
of these exemptions?
(2) Have any code
yellow emergencies been issued in Western Australia since 1 January 2016; and,
if yes, on what date and for what reason was each issued?

attached document.

(2) The data
required to answer the member's question is not held centrally by WA
Health. This information needs to be collated from each hospital site and
requires analysis. The health services are unable to respond within the
allocated time frame and, as such, I request that the member place this part of
the question on notice.
