I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2, the entry ‘Delivery of Services’ on page 891, and I ask -
(1) What percentage of this total amount, and what total amount, comes from federal grants and the Federal Government?
(2) What percentage of the amount allocated for the zero to three year old age group comes from the Federal Government, and in which form is it allocated (i.e. Council of Australian Governments and/or recurrent Federal funding)?

(1) In 2011/12 the Australian Government will provide $109 million to Western Australia under the National Disability Agreement. This represents approximately 18 per cent of the total funding available for the provision of disability services in Western Australia.
(2) Children in the zero to three year old age group access Early Childhood Intervention and other family support services. Under the National Disability Agreement, funding is allocated in the proportion of 18 per cent : 82 per cent Australian Government : State Government funding.
