261. Hon SUE ELLERY to the Leader of the House representing
the Premier:
I refer to the
Premier's former employee Ms Anne-Louise Senbergs.
(1) On what
dates did Ms Anne-Louise Senbergs begin and end her employment with the Premier
and what level and position did she hold in the Premier's office?
(2) What was
Ms Senbergs' final payment; and, of this payment, how much was not
payment in lieu of leave entitlements?
(3) For any
payments over and above payments in lieu of leave entitlements, what was this
payment for and how was it calculated?
(4) Did Ms
Senbergs receive a separation certificate; and, if so, what was recorded on
this certificate as the reason for separation?
(5) Did Ms
Senbergs leave voluntarily; and, if so, why did she receive extra payments over
and above payments in lieu of leave entitlements?

member for some notice of this question. The Premier has provided the following
response.
(1)–(5) As
per previous questions surrounding employment information, the information the
honourable member requests is considered personal. As per the Premier's
previous responses to questions without notice in the other place, the
government encourages the honourable member to submit a freedom of information
application to ensure the appropriate privacy protections can be pursued.
