I refer the Minister to the Small Business Commissioner’s report into the Construction Subcontractor Investigation, page 43, and I ask: (a) does the Minister find it appropriate to not have Building Management and Works representation monitoring construction sights which are undergoing Government contracts; and (b) does the Minister intend on implementing that all Government contracts require on sight monitoring by Building Management and Works officials throughout the course of the contract?
