I refer to reports today that
convicted paedophile Peter Wallace Hill has just been released back into the
Busselton community after serving just 14
months' imprisonment for three counts of sexually penetrating a child
and two counts of indecently dealing with a child. Given the
understandable anger and distress in the Busselton community, will the Attorney
General outline to the house if and when he will be appealing Mr Hill's
release?

circumstances of the sentencing judge when he sentenced Mr Hill. I will take
