(1) How many times has the Deputy Premier met with the Director Generals/Chief Executive Officers of the Departments and Agencies within the Deputy Premier’s portfolios to specifically discuss the three per cent efficiency dividend?
(2) How many times has the Deputy Premier met with the Treasurer to specifically discuss the ways in which the efficiency dividend could be applied to Departments or Agencies within the Deputy Premier’s portfolios?
(3) Has the Deputy Premier prepared any submissions to the Economic and Expenditure Review Committee setting out the Deputy Premier’s recommendations by which the efficiency dividend will be met within the Departments or Agencies under the Deputy Premier’s portfolios; and
(a) if so, how many?

(1) The Minister meets regularly with agency heads to discuss portfolio issues, including agency resourcing. The 3% efficiency dividend has been discussed on multiple occasions.
(2) While there were no meetings to specifically discuss the efficiency dividend it was a major component of multiple meetings.
