I refer to all vehicles provided to WA Health (including fleet and non-fleet) and ask: (a) for the calendar year of 2013: (i) how many fleet vehicles were provided to WA Health; (ii) how many non-fleet vehicles were provided to WA Health; (iii) can you provide a breakdown of the number of vehicles assigned or provided to each public hospital, listed by hospital; (iv) what was the average cost of cleaning a vehicle (e.g. per single clean); (v) what was the total cost to WA Health of commercially cleaning fleet vehicles; (vi) what was the total cost to WA Health of commercially cleaning non-fleet vehicles; (vii) what is the company name and address of where vehicles have been commercially cleaned; (viii) what was the cost to the agency or department for detailing fleet vehicles; (ix) what was the cost to WA Health for detailing non-fleet vehicles; (x) what is the company name and address of where vehicles have been detailed; (xi) on average, how frequently were these vehicles cleaned; (xii) on average, how frequently were these vehicles detailed; (xiii) what was the expenditure on cleaning vehicles broken down by hospital; and (xiv) what was the expenditure on detailing vehicles broken down by hospital?
