(a) No.  The preferred respondents have been selected and contract negotiations are in the process of being finalised.  Once contracts are awarded the details of the successful respondents will be made available as per the usual tender procurement process.
(b) Not applicable. A contract has not been awarded.
(c) The request contained a proposed contract period of up to eight years.
