workers have been blacklisted from the industry in Western Australia via prohibition
orders since 2020.
(1) Have any childcare providers
in Western Australia employed a childcare worker who was subject to a
prohibition order?
(2) T o date, how many childcare
workers have been issued a prohibition order in 2025?
(3) Are any of the 59 blacklisted
childcare workers currently working in child care?
