I refer to question without notice 517 asked on the 17 August 2021 on the provision of orthotics to Bunbury Hospital, and I ask: (a) has the trial at Bunbury Hospital been completed as per part (2) of the previous question; (b) has the trial been evaluated as per part (2) of that question; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) if yes to (b), when was the evaluation completed; (e) please provide a copy of that evaluation; and (f) if no to (e), why not?
