Office of Digital Government ensure compliance with the framework?

some notice of the question. I provide this answer on behalf of the Minister
for Innovation and the Digital Economy.
(1) The WA
government's artificial intelligence assurance framework requires
agencies to submit AI project assessments via the Office of Digital Government.
Once established, the Western Australian AI advisory board will review projects funded by the digital capability fund costing
more than $5 million or with a final risk rating of mid-range or higher.
(2) No.
