Development WA pioneered gas free developments in White Gum Valley, Knutsford and One One Five Hamilton Hill. The Development WA Net Zero Transition Plan 3 2024 commits to "Electrification by 2025 we will have plans in place for fully electric projects where appropriate. By 2030 scale up projects with plans in place to be fully electric and/or have renewable energy sourcing", and I ask: (a) how many residential projects does Development WA currently have under construction; (b) of all projects in (a), how many include reticulated gas; (c) is Development WA still committed to gas free developments as part of its residential projects; and (d) how does Development WA plan to ensure its developments built today are net zero by 2050 if they include gas?
