I refer the Minister to a compliance audit undertaken by Worley Parsons on behalf of the Government to confirm that WestNet Rail has complied with the initial performance and maintenance standards under the provisions of its infrastructure lease in the first 5 years of operation, and I ask -
(1) Did WestNet Rail comply with the maintenance provisions in the first 5 years as specified in the original 50 year lease agreement?
(2) Will the Minister table a copy of this report in this House?
