(1) Has the Minister’s Department had any discussions with the owners of properties affected by the proposed widening of Lloyd Street?

(7) Will the property at 234 Great Eastern Highway, Midland, on the corner of Lloyd Street with the entrance facing Lloyd Street, be in any way affected by the proposed widening of Lloyd Street?

(7) Yes (8) The whole of 234 Great Eastern Highway (Lot 134) is reserved in the Metropolitan Region Scheme for road purposes. The WAPC is currently in the process of acquiring the property and upon its acquisition the current improvements will be demolished to enable the City of Swan to upgrade the Lloyd Street and Great Eastern Highway intersection.
(8) The whole of 234 Great Eastern Highway (Lot 134) is reserved in the Metropolitan Region Scheme for road purposes.
