Further to the Minister for Child Protection’s statement to the Legislative Council on 4 September regarding incorrect information about non-government access being provided to the psychiatric services online information system - (1) Can the Minister for Health please state how many non-government agencies he is now aware of that had access to confidential patient information contained on PSOLIS? (2) Can the minister please list the names of the non-government agencies that access confidential patient information on PSOLIS? (3) Can the minister please list the names of the individual people in each non-government agency who access confidential patient information on PSOLIS? (4) What range of confidential patient information is accessed by these people? (5) Has the executive director of the mental health division of the Department of Health authorised each of the agencies and each of the people listed in the answer to (3) to access confidential patient information on PSOLIS?
