I refer to the Fines Enforcement Registry and ask, for each of the financial years 2001-02 to 2007-08 inclusive: (a) what was the total dollar value of fines on the registry; and (b) what was the total dollar value of fines for which offenders were incarcerated under a warrant of commitment in lieu of payment of those fines?
