(a) Access into the Vista Estate will be achieved by connecting to the existing Mandurah Road and Singleton Beach Road intersection to create a new four way traffic signalised intersection.
(b) The developer has indicated that the reconfigured traffic signals at Mandurah Road and Singleton Beach Road will be operational by late May / early June subject to construction works proceeding to schedule.
