(1) In relation to the last financial year and going forward, under the delegated powers that the Commissioner had, can the Minister please advise whether, at any time, those powers were delegated to somebody else to have oversight.? (2) If no to (1), can the Minister please advise whether, in every instance, the Commissioner was absolutely the only person in charge of signing off on procurement under $250,000?

Unfortunately, the Member has not provided adequate information to enable answering this question. It would be appreciated if the member could identify which Commissioner he is refferring to and place a further quesiton on notice.
