I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(1)–(2)
No additional appropriation has been made. Implementation of the drum line policy
has required some temporary reallocation of consolidated account–funded
activities across the Department of Fisheries. The Department of Fisheries and
the Department of the Premier and Cabinet will meet at the end of the program,
review its costs and determine what additional costs have been incurred. If
required, an appropriation will be made in due course.
