Initiative 23 was redeveloped following the public comment period and is now called 'Improve Customer Service'.
Team Rottnest is an initiative developed by the Rottnest Island Authority to encourage and promote coordination and cooperation between the Authority and its suppliers, Rottnest Island businesses and other Government agencies operating on the Island. Team Rottnest is one of the stakeholder groups involved in the drive to improve customer service.
